Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Secretary General Liaquat Baloch on Saturday said that foreign elements were behind terrorist activities in Pakistan.
Talking to party workers, Baloch said terrorism and subversive activities in the country are part of a conspiracy designed to portray Pakistan as a failed state. He said that the military personnel‚ civilian population as well as religious sites were being specifically targeted under a plan.
