A 68-year-old Pakistani man died just after arriving in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj, to become the first Moslem pilgrim to die in this year’s Haj season that starts next month, newspapers reported on Thursday.
The man had felt severe pain in heart while flying from Pakistan to Jeddah to perform pilgrimage in Makkah.
“He died of a heart attack just after arrival…his family said he had wished to die in Makkah,” Alsaudeh Arabic language daily said.
