Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has granted 14 days judicial remand to Hammad Adil and Shaukat Rehman in Bhara Kahu accused of attempting to carry out suicide bombing.
On completion of remand, police presented the accused before ATC Special Judge Atiq-ur-Rehman. Police officials told the court that interrogation has been completed and they may be sent to jail on judicial remand, which the judge accepted.
The court also granted five days physical remand to Shaukat Rehman in NATO container attack case. The court also gave five days physical remand to him suspected of being involved in Mumbai attacks, Benazir’s murder and killing of FIA’s prosecutor Chaudhary Zulfiqar.
