After Rehman Malik and Aitzaz Ahsan, another PPP lawmaker Senator Dr Karim Ahmed on Wednesday failed to recite correctly Surah Ikhlas.
During a meeting of Senate’s Standing Committee on National Health Services Regulation and Coordination, body chairman Senator Zafar Ali Shah invited Dr Ahmed for recitation from the holy Quran at the start of the meeting. Senator Ahmed started reciting Surah Ikhlas but forgot when he reached in the middle.
It is the third time any PPP parliamentarian recited the verse wrongly.
