A third challan against former military general has been prepared in judges’ detention case and would be submitted in the Anti Terrorism Court, Islamabad on Sept 20.
Prosecutor Amir Nadeem Tabish has given approval to submit the challan in the court. About 11 witnesses have been included in the third challan against ex-president Pervez Musharraf.
As a whole, 46 witnesses including lawyers and police employees and official evidence has been included in the challan. Deputy Secretary National Assembly is also among the witnesses.
The court has issued summons to 27 witnesses against Pervez Musharraf.
