On Tuesday, Lahore Police released the sketch of a man viewed in the CCTV footage of the rape victim while she was inside the premises of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. One individual,Zafar Iqbal, who is said to bear close resemblance to the CCTV man, is already in police custody. He was arrested from Maghulpura on Sunday. According to recent reports, police prepared the sketch with the help of footage from close-circuit cameras. The police also took the arrested suspect to hospital for identification procedure. But the rape victim was not yet ready for the process due to her mental condition. Blood spots were found on suspect’s clothes, which were forwarded for DNA tests, according to police sources. Forensic experts say that key evidence, including girl’s dress, has already been wasted due to negligence of medical staff.
there is no protest, no demonstration of such a brutal rapes in Pakistan.. this shows what a Jahil Society in our country.. Look at India, one adult girl raped and thrown out of bus, the whole India from all the societies came out on the road for protest.
