Shahbaz chairs meeting on five-year-old’s rape case

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Sunday chaired a meeting at his residence to discuss the developments in a five-year-old-girl’s rape case.
Five-year-old Sumbul became the victim of a gang rape on September 13. She was reported missing from outside her residence in Mughalpura. She was found outside a government hospital in critical condition. The police were unable to identify the culprits responsible for the horrendous crime.
According to sources, the meeting was attended by the CCPO, the Investigations DG, the DCO and several other officers.
Shahbaz instructed the security officials concerned to make certain the swift arrest of the culprits responsible for the heinous crime.
Additionally, he instructed them against arresting any innocent individuals during the investigation.
Furthermore, the chief minister said any negligence in the matter would not be tolerated, adding that justice would be provided to the victim’s family.

  1. Showbaz is indeed a showman who never misses a publicity stunt at the cost of someones grief.To him and his elder brother money is the remedy for all tragidies ie loss of life,grief and pain. This is the mistaken philosophy of Mian brothers .Rest assured if they do not learn fate WILL catch up with them. At present Punjab is the worst Province from Law and Order point of view yet the Chief Minister is behaving like the Prim Minister.His own house has been burgled but ……. what can one say more.It is shamefull.
