Newly appointed Karachi Police Chief Shahid Hayat and three new DIGs have assumed their respective duties.
Additional IG Karachi Shahid Hayat has served as a DIG in the east and south zones of the city.
Talking to private TV on Friday, the police chief deplored negative propaganda against him and made it clear that he was not a Mehsood. “If I were a Mehsood, it wouldn’t make any difference in how I dealt with my duties,”
He said that he would take action against anti-social elements without any discrimination.
Meanwhile DIG Western Karachi, Javed Alam Odho, DIG South Abdul Khaliq Sheikh and DIG East Muneer Ahmed Sheikh have also started fulfilling their official duties.
This changes in police current positions are better in smooth running of very noble operation against criminal elements who are destroying peace of beloved city and business hub.
the man sitting in the middle started as a sub-inspector reaching SSP rank…but he owned a big house in defence society in karachi..all the 3 DIG' are from outside karach…from interior sind ..how can operation be fair
Exactly, this bearded man if included in a spearhead team to nab criminals then God help them,
Agreed with the above….Thats the bad luck of Karachi… DC South is unqualified…Mr QAZI JAMAL MUSTAFA…..recently bought an expensive house in DHA Karachi….He will not disclose for how much and from where the money came….since he is the puppy of Mr Tappi. He was a defaulter of credit cards and now with bribe money is roaming with guards…..Imagine the family eating food of bribe money. Shame Shame …
