Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Najam Sethi has congratulated Team Pakistan on winning the first Test of the two-match rubber against Zimbabwe at Harare.
In a message to skipper Misbah-ul-Haq and the boys, the management and the entire support staff, the PCB chairman expressed his satisfaction over the team having won the T20 International and the ODI rubbers, and now the first Test as well.
“The team has played well as a unit. While Misbah-ul-Haq continues to lead by example, other seniors in Younus Khan and Saeed Ajmal were outstanding when the chips were down. Both showed that they were class acts in contemporary cricket.
“I congratulate captain Misbah and the boys on this win, and hopefully they would win the next Test too and be ready to take on the tougher assignments like South Africa and Sri Lanka in the series that follow,” said Najam Sethi.
