In its ongoing operation against substandard and adulterated food, the district administration disposed off 140 kilograms of food items during checking of hotels and bakeries.
The administration also temporarily sealed two restaurants for violation of sanitation and hygiene rules and issued notices to 90 bakeries and restaurants. The officials also filed a case against an employee of a restaurant.
It is pertinent to mention that the campaign to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene in bakeries and restaurants of the city has been going on since the last month.
Quality is either a hit or a miss with every guest and it is everyone's job in the restaurant to ensure a guest has a great experience. That is why quality is a never ending process. There is always another guest that has never been to the restaurant and he/she might need something totally different then the next person.
