Three people were arrested on Sunday during a search operation by the Frontier Corps (FC) in the Pir Alizai area of Chaman district, Balochistan.
A large number of arms and explosives were also recovered from their possession.
BOMB DEFUSED IN MASTUNG:
The Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) on Sunday defused a bomb in the Tirah Mel residential area of Mastung area.
According to reports, the police rushed to the area after they were informed about the 18 kilogramme bomb. Later, the BDS was called to defuse the bomb.
Over 150 tonnes of explosive and a huge cache of arms were recovered from Quetta in the previous month.
