A liquid ammonia leak from a refrigeration unit in China’s commercial hub of Shanghai killed at least 11 people on Saturday, the a news agency said. A newspaper, put the death toll at 15 and said more than 30 people had been sent to hospital. This is some sort of management failure that led to such incident. There was no proper backup for such an incident to happen.
