The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has invited expressions of interest (EOI) / prequalification from urban planning consulting firms for planning and designing the LDA City Housing Scheme.
The firms registered with the PCATP/PEC and other relevant professional institutes have been encouraged to submit their EOIs to the LDA Chief Metropolitan Planner by September 16. The LDA has planned to launch a housing scheme named ‘LDA City’ on the Ferozpur Road. The scheme will be launched on the basis of a land sharing methodology between land owners and the LDA. It will be a state-of-the-art urban development project, providing housing units for residents from all strata’s of life. The project includes high rise buildings and high end modern commercial centres aimed to boost the city’s economic life. The scheme approximately spreads over 45,000 kanals (5000 acres).
