Former Sindh chief minister and provincial head of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) Ghous Ali Shah quit his party post on Friday over differences with party chairman.
According to reports, during a meeting with Prime Minsiter Nawaz Sharif last week, Shah was upset after being overlooked by the party’s leadership for the president’s slot.
According to sources, more PML-N office bearers from Sindh may also quit the party after Shah’s resignation.
