The Peshawar Police have filed a case against ANP leader Ghulam Ahmad Bilour over his supporters’ aerial firing carried out to celebrate his victory in the by-elections on the NA-1 seat.
Initial unofficial results of Peshawar’s seat NA-1 signalled the ANP leader’s victory over PTI’s candidate Gul Badshah. As more unofficial results poured in, Bilour’s victory seemed obvious. Later, his supporters resorted to aerial firing to celebrate the victory.
