Hundreds of passengers and families remained stranded at the city railway station on Friday thanks to the usual delay in departure and arrival of trains, something which has become a trademark of the transport service. The delays were massive nuisance for the travelers.
The train schedule was badly affected with all major rail stations suffering from the incompetence.
According to railways sources, various trains traveling from Quetta, Peshawar and Karachi were delayed by up to eight to 10 hours.
