The N-5 Central National Highways and Motorway Police (NH&MP) arrested 10 criminals and recovered stolen property including a tractor, a truck, cash and other valuables from their possession.
The arrested were identified as Multan’s Amir and Sajid, Sajjad, Zulfiqar, Abdur Razaq, Umer, Naveed Ahmed, Shahid Iqbal, Muhammed Asif, Atta Farid and Adnan.
Patrolling officials handed the accused individuals and the recovered items to the local police for further investigation.
NH&MP patrolling officers also helped reunite mentally handicapped 22-year-old Sharfat Ali, 14-year-old Rukhsana, 8-year-old Faisal and 6-year-old Irfan with their families, respectively.
