Indian army injures two civilians in Nakial sector

Two civilians were injured in Nakial sector on Saturday after the Indian Army opened unprovoked firing.
Sources said that despite Pakistan showing restraint, Indian forces continued unprovoked mortar firing and shelling in blatant violation of the ceasefire on the Line of Control (LoC), resulting in now two persons martyred and nine wounded in Nakial sector alone. Sources also said the Indian Army fired over 800 mortar shells in different areas of Nakial sector during last three days.
Nakial Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Ayub said the Indians on Friday night opened unprovoked firing at a place called Kanate in Nakial sector, which continued for three hours and wounded two civilians.
The Pakistan Army in a bid to silence the Indian guns retaliated, but the Indians instead started targeting the civil habitats with heavy weapons.
