August 22 deadline for presenting challans of Joseph Colony incident accuses: ATC

The Special Anti Terrorism court (ATC) directed the police to produce the challans of all accused personnel involved in the Joseph Colony incident by August 22.
The police presented challans of 70 out of 200 accused individuals in front of the court when the judge started the proceedings of the case, reports stated. Attorneys of the defendants said that the police was avoiding the presentation of the challans of all the accused personnel in court, adding that there were many of accused individuals who had no connection with torching the homes of the Christian community. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 22, allowing the police to present the challans of all the accused individuals.
