Rawalpindi Railway Police has issued special security plan to ward off any terror incident on Rawalpindi Railway Station on the occasion of Eid.
Under the plan, the Eid holidays of Railway Police have been cancelled and sniffer dogs have been hired from the army to ensure fool proof security of passengers on railway station. A special railway police counter has also been established on the station premises under the directives of Railway Police IG.
Additional police personnel have been deployed as part of the security plan.
