CDA establishes Field Survey Force to address public complaints

Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Nadeem Hassan Asif has constituted Field Survey Force to ensure quick disposal of complaints of citizens of the federal capital.

The force would entertain complaints about sewerage system, water supply, road maintenance and street lights in a quick and efficient manner.

Deputy Director Shafiullah Marwat has been given charge of the Field Survey Force, while its headquarters would be established in Enquiry Office in Sector G-9. Motorcycles would also be provided to the staff of the force.

Member Engineering Sanaullah Aman briefed the CDA chairman about the responsibilities and functions of the force. He apprised the chairman that Field Survey Force would conduct surveys in different areas of the capital and entertain public complaints after coordinating with the concerned formations of the authority.

Nadeem Hassan Asif examined the facilities provided to the Field Survey Force staff and instructed them to work with dedication. He also directed Member Engineering to equip the force with the latest technology for effective surveying and coordination and to meet the set targets.
