People across the country have appreciated the easy availability of new currency notes from State Bank of Pakistan and branches of commercial banks on the eve of Eidul Fitr. People while lauding the role of State Bank of Pakistan for ensuring supply of maximum number of new votes said this step has discouraged the vested interests who had in the past been selling new bank notes at much higher rates. In an interview with INP, one Bilal Ishfaq said he had no difficulty in obtaining new currency notes from the counter of State Bank in Islamabad. He said the staff was extra ordinarily courteous and exchanged the amount he had demanded.
