Get ready for more rain and thundershowers

The Meteorological office (MET) forecasted rain-thundershower for Lahore and its outskirts on Tuesday.
According to the MET office, rain would be expected at scattered places of upper Punjab (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha and Faisalabad), Hazara and Kashmir during next twenty hours and also in isolated places of Quetta, Zhob, Kalat, Nasirabad, Peshawar, Kohat, Bannu, DI Khan, DG Khan, Bahawalpur, Multan and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Furthermore, the report stated that a low-pressure weather system had entered Balochistan from Sindh which would likely cause widespread rain-thundershowers in Lahore.
As per the synoptic situation, monsoon currents from the Arabian Sea were penetrating into upper and central parts of the country.
On Monday the minimum temperature recorded in the city was 26C and the highest was 36C while humidity was recorded at 70 percent. The minimum temperature for next 24 hours would expectedly range between 25 and 27C.
