Bad weather resulted in cancellation of two Islamabad-Skardu flights from Benazir Bhutto International Airport on Saturday, the second consecutive day.
According to the airport enquiry office, flight PK-451 was to take off from Islamabad for Skardu at 5:45am, while PK-453 at 10:00am but due to bad weather both flights were cancelled. Passengers protesting against the repeated cancellation of flights, voiced slogans against the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) administration and staged a sit-in in front of the departure lounge.
