  1. People are insulting supreme court due to style of CJ. Like Fakhruddin, CJ should resign as well. He is biased and not suitable to hold such a high level position.

  2. By analyzing the sequence of events in Pakistan after election, Egypt style military takeover can be predicted.

  3. This ignorant CJP is starting to think he is either GOD or the dictator of Pakistan. The coward has found "contempt of court" to hide behind. He has way too much free time to be taking notices of everything. If he was doing his job properly, he would not even have time to scratch his head.

  4. This one eyed monster cant see the violence by the terrorists and the anti nationals in balochistan, kpk he has not awarded any capital punishment to any ,but he serves the anti nationals who blackmail the agencies for missing persons when infact these missing persons are terrorists.

  5. Chief Justice Chaudhary was sacked by president Musharraf in March 2007 for judicial misconduct. The charges included favoring his son and landing him in cushy jobs in violation of all rules and regulations and principles of merit. His son again resurfaced again when a real estate tycoon leveled charges against his son for receiving graft amount to Rs 340 million ($3.4 million). That case was hushed up through brother judges but has dented the credibility of Justice Chaudhary. The recent notice of contempt has angered the followers and admirers of Khan who dominate the Social Media. Khan himself has indicated that he would not tender an apology and would contest the notice. Read more at: http://www.allvoices.com/contributed-news/1510375

  6. Seems like CJ has an eye on everything. Too bad he only has one eye otherwise he'd be keeping the other one on his son's corruption. He has become the de facto dictator. Can't wait to see him hanging on a light pole after retirement.

  7. If we start using bad and unwise languages against Respected Judiciary, is condemnable and undemocratic spirit and these remarks must be stopped against Judiciary. It is just like IF YOU SPIT ON THE SKY,IT WILL FALL ON YOUR FACE.The politicians must avoid to defame Pakistan Judiciary at any cost, otherwise, there would not be any respect for anyone.

  8. Can this CJP dare issue similar notice to Faisal Raza Abidi?
Don't think so, 'coz Faisal has undeniable documentary proves against him and his son.

  9. Lahore Bar Association (of High Court) has passed a unanimous resolution to file reference against this CJP in the Supreme Judicial Council. Although nothing will happen in SJC, since it comprises of CJP's cronies, but it still shows the frustration amongst lawyers' fraternity. Asma Jahangir, a prominent Lawyer / Activist last night said in a TV talk show that "" The day CJP retires, we might celebrate Youm-eNijat".

  10. CJ is taking the easy way out! Instead of investigating why Imran is being so angry , he is using force to shut him up. I guess Naeem Bokhari, Pervez Musharraf, and now Babar Sattar are not very wrong.

  11. Why does the CJ not issue a contempt notice to Faisal Raza Abiddi who is openly coming on media and talk shows and putting allegation on Judiciary he has offered him self several times to be called in court .The court is silent on the issue .

  12. But didn't Imran say before the restoration of this CJ that 90% of Pakistan's problems would be solved if the CJ was restored?
Little point in realising now that Musharraf and Naeem Bukhari were 'not very wrong'. Five years too late.

  13. CJ should take action about the Government regarding security issues and the alarming situation of the country. Leave Imran Khan to his job, His party is currently ruling on Khyber Pukhtunkhwa and i think this tension is enough for him. May ALLAH give him strength to change the situation of our Province.
