20 vehicles issued tickets for tinted windows

Islamabad Police on Wednesday removed black papers from 20 tinted glass vehicles and also seized 6 kilogrammes of hashish, four pistols and liquor, a police spokesman said.
According to details, Islamabad SSP Muhammad Rizwan has directed all police officials to ensure effective security and patrolling measures in their respective areas. It has been also asked to take strict action against vehicles being driven without documents, professional beggars and criminal elements.
In compliance of these directions, Islamabad police launched crackdown and impounded 127 bikes and 11 vehicles during general hold up. Black papers were removed from 20 tinted glasses vehicles and 45 suspects were arrested during search operation in various areas of the city while 11 beggars were also arrested.
Meanwhile, Sub-Inspector Shams Akbar from CIA police arrested drug pusher Riaz Chohan and recovered 6.5 kilogram hashish from him.
ASI Khuram Shabeer from Sihala police arrested a thief Muhammad Shaukat and recovered stolen property from him. Sub-Inspector Abdul Ghafoor from Loi Bher police station along with police team arrested four accused Balwal Javed, Waleed-ul-Haq, Shafqat Hussain and Sana Hassain for their alleged involvement in immoral activates.
ASI Ali Asghar from Tarnol police station arrested Zaheer Iqbal and seized two pistols from him. ASI Tarabul Hussain from Golra Police station arrested Zahid-ur-Rehman and seized a 30 bore pistol from him.
Secretariat police ASI Muhammad Ashfaq arrested Sohail Mehmud and seized one 30 bore pistol from him. Aabpar police Sub-Inspector Muhammad Yousaf arrested a bootlegger Sher Gulzar Masih and seized two wine bottles from him.
