The Sindh Home Department has appointed Additional Commissioner Karachi – I Kamran Shamshad as enquiry officer to probe into the issuances of 100 arms licenses to Defence Housing Authority by the Office of Deputy Commissioner South, on the basis of an alleged fake letter.
Shamshad was directed to submit the enquiry report to the Sindh Home Department within seven days, said a statement issued here on Monday.
