At least 15 people died and several others fell unconscious after consuming poisonous alcohol in Warispora, a private TV channel reported on Friday.
According to the channel, the deaths occurred after the victims had toxic alcohol at a party their friend had thrown in Faisalabad’s Warispora area.
Sources in the hospital confirmed the death of 15 people and said three were in a very serious condition.
Doctors were investigating whether it was the food or the alcohol that had caused the deaths.
