Marlon Samuels smashed an unbeaten century to guide West Indies to 261-7 in the fourth one-day international against Pakistan on Sunday.
Samuels’ 106 off 104 balls contained nine fours and four sixes as the home team racked up the highest total of the series, which is tied at 1-1.
He featured in two productive stands adding 95 off 89 balls with Lendl Simmons (46) for the fifth wicket after putting on 57 with Chris Gayle (30), who was dropped on zero by Mohammad Hafeez.
Samuels scored his fifth ODI century and second against Pakistan when he scrambled for two runs in the last over. He ended the innings with a six over mid-wicket off Mohammad Irfan, who claimed 2-60.
