Deputy Advocate General in the Peshawar High Court Alamgir Khan Durrani has tendered resignation from his post.
Durrani told the media that in line the old traditions, he resigned from the post to enable the new PTI-led government to appoint law officer of its choice.
He said he would start his practice soon.
