The federal government on Sunday issued letters to all ministries for the expulsion of 20 percent non-technical staff from all public service departments.
According to details, the step was taken so that non development expenses could be reduced following the austerity policy.
Extra staff would be dismissed through the policy which will enable the government to save millions after the dismissal of 20 percent of non technical staff.
It should be mentioned that Radio Pakistan also received the letter and has started preparing lists to reduce their staff.
