A 25-year-old woman was, on Wednesday, ordered to teach school children as a punishment for taking admission in Holy Family Nursing School with a fake matriculation certificate. Anti Corruption Rawalpindi division special judge Suhail Nasir, in the judgment, ordered Sonia Arshad to teach at Khadija High School, Saidpur Road, without any remuneration, for the first three days of the week for two years. The school’s principal was ordered to submit monthly reports to the court regarding the woman’s punishment. The anti corruption department filed a case against Sonia Arshad and Muhammad Ameer on August 5, 2009. It was alleged that Sonia took admission in the hospital by submitting a fake matric certificate. Muhammad Ameer was found innocent and released.
