Former chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Admiral (Retd) Fasih Bokhari has filed a petition in the Supreme Court (SC) seeking staying of appointment of new chairman NAB.
Fasih Bokhari through his petition has asked the court to review his petition against the courts decision on nullification of his appointment as chairman NAB.
Fasih Bokhari has taken the plea that if the new chairman NAB is appointed as per court’s order then his review petition will stand ineffective and his right to fair trial will be affected.
SC had nullified the appointment of former chairman NAB Fasih Bokhari and ordered the government to appoint new chairman. Fasih Bokhari has filed review petition against this decision of apex court.
