Former National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman Fasih Bokhari has decided to move a petition in the Supreme Court to stop the appointment of new NAB chief until the court decides his review petition.
Talking to a private news channel, Bokhari’s counsel Latif Khosa said his client had filed a review petition against the apex court’s decision of his removal.
He said he would submit a miscellaneous application today (Monday) praying for early hearing and seeking stay on the appointment of NAB chief.
Khosa said new NAB chief could not be appointed since the matter was sub judice.
