Former Pakistan cricket captain and chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan has been declared fully fit by doctors after check-up in London.
Khan walked without the supporting jacket for the first time since the injury.
Khan, 60, fell from a fork-lift which was hoisting him up to a platform to address a rally prior to the May 11 eelctions. He remained in hospital for over two weeks and missed the crucial last few days of electioneering.
In a tweet Imran said “I am walking for the first time without braces after almost 9 and a half weeks.”
The PTI chief left for Britain a few days ago to consult medical specialists about back injuries sustained after his dramatic fall.
