Sindh govt has failed to protect people: PTI

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Central Leader and Parliamentary Leader Sindh Assembly Samar Ali Khan showed disappointment that the Sindh government had failed to protect the lives and properties of people.

He said, “Karachi is the city which holds immense importance as an economic centre for Pakistan. This city keeps our national economy alive. Unfortunately, in all times, rulers have always neglected their responsibilities towards this city.” Samar Ali Khan said this while speaking to a delegation that came from Lyari town the previous day.

On the occasion, he explained that the disputes between armed groups were troubling the residents of the area. He said that an active member of PTI, namely Shehryar (aka Sheri) also got injured in the gunfire at Lyari town. He prayed for Shehryar’s swift recovery and insisted Sindh government to realise their responsibilities.

Samar grieved over the relocation of thousands of Lyariites and said that the people of Karachi would live in peace once the situation of the metropolis comes under control.
