The sasta bazaars of the federal capital attracted a large number of people on the first day due to availability of all kinds of essential commodities on cheaper rates under one roof.
Different stalls including vegetable, fruit, essential items and decorations pieces, crockery, fish, poultry have been established to facilitate customers.
A sasta bazaar official said that a proper system is in place for quality check of sub-standard items adding that all commodities are being checked on daily basis to facilitate buyers.
Most of the consumers preferred to visit Ramadan sasta bazaars for edible items during the holy month. The consumers have lauded local administration for providing relief to the common man especially in this month.
Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration has set up 4 sasta bazaars and 35 fair shops in the capital to provide food items at cheaper rates as compared to market prices.
