A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhry, will hear the fake-degree case against PML-N lawmaker Sumera Malik today (Monday).
Other members of the bench include Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh and Justice Chaudhry Ejaz Ahmed.
The appeal was filed in the court by former parliamentary secretary Umar Aslam, through Hamid Khan, stating that Sumera contested 2008 elections by submitting a fake degree.
