He also discussed with the Chinese companies the laying of a high-speed railway network from Karachi to Peshawar.

Calling the Pakistan-China Economic Corridor “a game changer”, the prime minister said special economic zones would also be set up along the corridor that would provide immense business opportunities to the population living in surrounding areas.

  1. Pakistan will get maximum benefit after this very successful visit of China by the Prime Minister Nawaz Shareef, many major projects have been signed and with all great efforts they will be completed on time to assure the people that government has done work.

    • Zardari and pee pee pee had signed a deal worth over $100 billion with china. You know very well what happened to that. This is no different, unless we stand on our own, we will be used like a tissue paper (or a con..dom, if you prefer) by china or US/west.

  2. What will happen to the Zerdari agreements (binding or just memos of understanding ?) he and his Govt signed earlier. Will they go with the wind or is there duplication. Who can provide answer to these questions ?

    • Whatever nawaz has signed are also MOUs, Zardari perhapes signed 150 MOUs with China, and those MOUs were more fundamental more basic, Nawaz signed just 10. The same fate will happen to Nawaz MOUs

  3. Well what may ever happen in this country the Mians will remain focused on their fantasies… But to some extent we have to give them credit… As speedy trains, motorways, subways and helicopters will always help to discard the corpses of the Pakistanis dying daily !
