Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Nadeem Hassan Asif has sought record of officers holding dual nationality in CDA.
According to a CDA spokesperson, the chairman has taken strict action and transferred several corrupt officers back to their departments while dual nationality holder officers are planning to leave the country at the soonest.
Sources said that seven CDA officers held dual nationality. Asad Kiyani holds US nationality and is presently in the US, while E&M Director Mohammad Irfan, Ashfaq Hussain, Ayaz Ahmed Khan and Nadeem Kazmi all hold Canadian nationality.
Federal Intelligence Agency (FIA) has also prosecuted Mohammad Irfan in corruption cases in which he was convicted.
