Zardari forms body to hold talks with MQM

President Asif Zardari on Saturday formed a three-member committee to hold dialogue with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).
“Violation of law and order cannot be bear and operation against culprits must be ensured,” Zardari said.
He was presiding over a high level meeting regarding law and order situation of the port city here on Saturday.
According to media reports, Zardari setup a committee consisting Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah, Opposition leader in the National Assembly Khursheed Shah and Senator Abdul Rehman Malik to hold meetings with MQM.
The President ordered to take all the steps for the urgent elimination of all wrong doers and operation would be carried out without political affiliations, he added.
Zardari also asserted upon the intelligence institutions to ensure the exchange of intelligence so the menace of terrorism can be root out from the society.
The meeting also discussed the worst law and order situation specifically in Lyari and generally in the whole Karachi so that the incidents of target killing and terrorism should be stopped in the holy month of Ramazan.
