Property tax survey and computerisation process will commence from Monday by the excise department.
Property tax inspectors will make door to door visits in their respective circles accompanied by a representative of urban unit. The urban unit representative will computerise information received from the inspectors on day to day basis.
Survey will be conducted in 14 union councils of Potohar Town which have been integrated in tax rating areas and their records will be computerised. Survey staff has been directed to complete field work till October 30 and computerisation work till December 30.
Director Excise Shakil-ur-Rehman has urged for transparency and directed the officials for completion of survey within the stipulated time frame.
