Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah stated on Friday that the maintenance of peace in the city was impossible unless all stakeholders and political parties played their respective roles to ensure harmony.

The chief minister made these remarks while attending an exhibition arranged by the Council of Common Interest (CCI). Furthermore, Qaim blamed the September 11 attacks for the mushrooming of terrorism in the region.

“The economy of the country cannot take a step forward unless peace and tranquility is restored for which all parties will have to reconsider their stances,” declared the chief minister. Speaking about the exhibition, Qaim said it was a commendable show which would play its part in luring investors to the country.
