Jane Seymour is known to look fabulous whenever she steps out in public. And the star did not disappoint as she stepped out on the red carpet for the Los Angeles premiere of An American Girl: Saige Paints The Sky Friday. The actress, 62, looked gorgeous in a red peplum frock and nude heels as she flashed a wide smile for the cameras. The two-time Golden Globe winner – born Joyce Frankenberg – kept her trademark chesnut locks and fringe down for the film event held at the outdoor mall, The Grove. Age seems to have hardly withered Jane, who graciously signed autographs while promoting her latest project. In the movie – available on DVD/streaming July 2 – a talented young artist Saige (Sidney Fullmer) sets out to save her school’s art and music programs. Seymour plays Saige’s grandmother, a well-known artist and horsewoman, who inspires her granddaughter. The role was a far cry from the evergreen Emmy winner’s part Wednesday night as a sex surrogate stirring dormant feelings for 51-year-old Locklear. The former Dancing with the Stars contestant was joined at the kids’ event by her brand new baby granddaughter Willow. The well-preserved star will next be seen in the comedy Austenland – due out August 16 – with Keri Russell. Jane will also appear in the dramedy Jake Squared and the two-part British TV movie Unknown Heart. Also an avid painter, the Wedding Crashers actress will next showcase her watercolors on July 19 at the Wentworth Gallery Las Olas in Ft. Lauderdale.
