Pakistan Railways (PR) Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique has said the performance of Railways would be far better by the end of present government’s tenure.
Talking to the journalists prior to his departure for Rawalpindi by a rail car early Thursday morning, the minister said that railways had become stagnant and the management has realised that there was no alternative other than working hard for the revival of this vital state entity.
The minister said it was his high priority that all trains operated with complete facilities including fans and lights in working conditions as well as cleanliness in all bogies and platforms.
