Commenting on Karachi law and order situation, the CJ said it seemed the law enforcement agencies (LEAs) had failed in curbing terror activities in city. He also directed the law enforcers to adopt measures for deweaponising the metropolis and breaking the network of miscreants in slum areas (kachi abadis).
