‘Sindh will guard members of judiciary’

Sindh Chief secretary Muhhamd Ijaz Choudhry has said that security arrangements are being made for all the members of judiciary.

Taking to media on Wednesday, Ijaz Ch said the chief minister had taken notice of the incident and measures were in progress to curb anti-state activities in the province.

He said the government would leave no stone unturned to restore peace and tranquility. Ijaz Ch advised the additional chief secretary home and inspector general of police (IGP) to ensure the coordinated efforts for strengthening security arrangements throughout the province. He noted that all out efforts must be made to ameliorate the innocent people from any mishap. Meanwhile, the chief secretary rushed to the place of incident at Shahra-e-Liaquat after blast on the convoy of Justice Maqbool Baqar. He also visited the local hospital and inquired after the health of Justice Baqar. The CS also asked the secretary health to ascertain provision of all possible medical facilities to the affectees of the bomb blast.
