RDH receives Rs 4m for tube well construction

The District Hospital Rawalpindi has received Rs 4 million for the construction of tube well that would lessen water crisis in the public hospital. The hospital administration has also formed a 10-bed measles and dengue ward for the infected children. Meanwhile, talking to INP, patients in the district hospital said that there were adequate facilities in the hospital but attitude of the senior doctors was not up to the mark. They said that there should be round the clock presence of doctors in for patients under critical care. It is pertinent to mention that patients of hepatitis B and C have been deprived of their due vaccinations. The Punjab government has promised to provide the district hospital with 1000 hepatitis kits.
