A Pakistan International Airlines Airbus A310 escaped disaster on Tuesday while attempting to land at the Allama Iqbal International Airport following a bird-strike.
According to details, the Airbus, a two engine passenger aircraft with a capacity of 240 passengers, was preparing to land at the airport when one of its engines sucked in a bird.
The pilot however managed to land the aircraft safely without causing any further damage. All the passengers and crew remained safe during the incident.
