Pakistan State Oil (PSO) Managing Director (MD) Naeem Yahya Mir, who was appointed after guarantee of Rs 500 million against merit, has led to destruction of the company’s structure. Sources revealed that Sheikh Farooq M/s Pak Road Traveler Protector Ltd took a guarantee of Rs 500 million for the appointment of Mir. The guarantee said after appointment of Mir. Farooq would be bound to pay the said amount to former minister for petroleum Dr Asim Hussein within four weeks-from December 16, 2011 to January 16, 2012.
